All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days on receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Please feel free to contact us at admin@thebaycompany.in for any query regarding your shipment.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- For Prepaid Orders it is free delivery.
Local delivery:
We offer free delivery service. We have partnered with a domestic delivery service partner.
Deliveries are made from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you regarding the delivery of your package.
Expected Delivery Timing
- Mumbai: 3-4 working days
- Pan India: 8-9 working days
DELIVERIES
- We use a domestic delivery service partner as our nominated courier partner for our deliveries.
- We offer standard (free delivery) and premium delivery? (at an additional cost) services. Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-5 working days, whereas premium delivery arrives within 2-3 working days.
- We ask that you supply a mobile phone number and email address at the time of order so that the courier can communicate with you directly regarding your delivery.
- We will never share your details with any other 3rd party. Of course we are always here to help if you have any issues.
- Our couriers will require a signature for any delivery made to you.
