Refund policy

  • Eligible items should reach us within 15 days from the date of purchase. Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags, bands) intact.
  • Products on SALE or Promos are not eligible for return.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it can be returned/exchanged depending on the stock availability. If the product is out of stock, then the Bill amount will be credited or returned to the account from which the payment was received.
  • To initiate a return/exchange, kindly send us an e-mail to admin@thebaycompany.in within 15 days of the purchase, mention the Order number as your e-mail subject followed by the reason for return.
  • You can contact our Customer Care at +91-22-46664899 for further clarification. Our delivery agent will then pick up the order for the shipping address provided to us.
  • After receiving the product at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check, and intimate you through e-mail/call regarding further action.

    In the case of refunds, we are dependent on external agencies such as banks and payment gateways. Your refund will be processed as per the below - mentioned timelines:
    • Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date.
    • NEFT Transfer: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date.
